Poor service. Poor food quantity. Order came in 2 hours. Worst experience.

Superb place fully privacy and the interior is mind blowing blueish lights and the best I like there chocolate cadbury shake delicious

This is the second time I visited at TBP. When I visited first time I just came out from the restaurant when I experienced the things about services and crockery used by TBP.
- Ambience is good.
- Food is tasty.
The things I didn’t like:
1. Self service restaurant.
2. Plastic Crockery used (water glass, etc.).
3. Using paper (disposable) crockery to serve cold coffee (which i had today) - Negative impact to customers.
4. No cutlery on table.
5. Tissue papers wasn’t available on my table. (Pre-arrangements).
This is all I observed today.
Hope for some improvements.
