The food is good, but the staff behavior needs serious improvement. The kitchen staff often speak very rudely to both customers and delivery personnel, which creates an unpleasant experience. Better training in customer interaction is highly recommended. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

If you’re craving homestyle Bihari food in Noida, The Bihari Kitchen in Sector 41 is a solid pick. It’s mainly a cloud kitchen, but they do have a small seating space that’s actually quite nice if you want to dine in. We kicked things off with their vegetarian thali—Daal Bhaat, Bhujiya, Bhajka and Chokha. It’s the kind of comfort-food thali you’d find in a typical Bihari home. The mixed daal (a simple moong + tuvar combo) was surprisingly delicious, and the brinjal fritters—bhajka—totally stole the show. The potato chokha brought the heat and paired perfectly with the mellow daal-bhaat vibe. Then came the non-veg thali. You get steamed rice with your choice of Champaran Mutton, Bihari-style Chicken Curry, or Sarson Wali Fish Curry. The Champaran Mutton (aka Ahuna mutton) is slow-cooked in a clay pot with loads of onions, garlic, ginger and whole spices, giving it that deep, bold flavour that hits just right with both roti and rice. The Sarson Wali Fish Curry was another winner—crispy Rohu pieces dunked in a mustard-y gravy with the perfect hint of mustard oil. Crispy outside, soft and flaky inside, and amazing with rice. If you’re into authentic, wholesome, budget-friendly regional food, The Bihari Kitchen is definitely worth checking out. Don’t sleep on this one! Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: This is a cloud kitchen, but has limited seating Dietary restrictions: Not sure
