Disappointing Experience at The Big Bowl Restaurant – Cleanliness & Customer Care Concerns We visited The Big Bowl Restaurant yesterday for dinner. We ordered Burnt Garlic Veg Soup, Paneer Hariyali Tikka, and Paneer Lasooni Tikka around 9 PM. The soup came within 5 minutes, but we had to wait over 25 minutes for the paneer tikka. Unfortunately, the taste wasn’t special despite the delay. For the main course, we had Burnt Garlic Veg Noodles and Mushroom Manchurian, which tasted good, but to our shock, we found a hair inside the noodles. We immediately informed the staff, and the waiter verified and confirmed it. He apologized and offered complimentary sweets like gulab jamun. We politely declined and asked for a discount due to the hygiene issue. After a discussion, they said no discount would be given, which was surprising and disappointing. Before the bill arrived, the staff also gave us a feedback form and asked us to fill it. Since I have been a regular customer, and had always trusted their hygiene and cleanliness, I wrote nothing negative in the feedback form believing in their standards. But sadly, what they did afterward denying responsibility and offering no compensation was extremely disheartening. The Big Bowl Restaurant is known for its cleanliness, and we expected better. Also, our total bill was approx ₹1400. As a loyal customer, I truly expected better service, hygiene, and a respectful resolution to the issue. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
