We Ordered for Belgian waffles dark chocolate with banana add on and my friend Ordered something else. After billing both the Orders we were waiting after 5 min a staff came and saying banana is not available which is already paid and billed, Also I received a white chocolate waffles instant of dark chocolate. Also there were 3 female staff who was screaming in a bad language and fighting in between them also creating a very worst experience. Me and some more customers also was waiting but their concentration was only on their conversation. Not all giving 2 start customer service. There was a small kid Also when they were fighting and using unwanted tamil bad words and the kid Also was listening to those words .. REALLY A BAD EXPERIENC WITH THE BELGIAN WAFFLE CO. Try to good quality service. Kindly look into it and give some training to those who doesn't know to work properly.
