Waffle is great. This is the best store I have been too. Great experience. Must visit. Staff is good regarding providing knowledge about offers and redemption point. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I hope there could be a minus rating, the place is not maintained properly. There is so much mess in the kitchen and the store is too dirty. I have fallen sick after eating the waffle as the kitchen was so dirty. The place needs to be maintained. I guess Franchise should look into this matter and this store should be closed. The staff is also very poor. Atleast the store should know to maintain franchise standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have recently visited Belgiam waffle. I have orderd lotus Bischoff sundae which was not available so they gave me berry velvet without telling me that lotus Bischoff is not AVAILABLE. So then I told after receiving order that we have ordered lotus Bischoff so they told me that it is not available so we gave you berry velvet. This is absolutely not fair.
