This is regarding a staff member called Mr. Sushil Dubey at Belgian Waffle, Powai (Hiranandani). He has been very rude especially if a customer avails any rewards. I had ordered a waffle and he mentioned it’ll take 15-20 mins and in the next two minutes I immediately remembered that I had forgotten to add a scoop of ice cream. Since the order was not even started, I requested if we can add a scoop. He was so rude and mentioned that no it’s not possible now. Whereas, the order was far from the preparation process. Such kind of behaviour is very unnecessary especially when you are speaking to a customer. I have been a consistent customer at Belgian waffle because of the quality here. But this experience was truly disappointing. Please look into this. This The Belgian Waffle Co. outlet is located in the area of Hiranandani Gardens Powai.The Signature Cold Coffee with extra chocolate sprinkles is served chilled and is good in taste.The ambience of the outlet is good with also option of high chairs seating space.The staff are humble and polite in behaviour.The service that one get is better.
