Ordered a Nutella Cheesecake Waffwich, received a plain chocolate waffle instead. No Nutella, no cheesecake — just a basic waffle. Reached out to Zomato, but after multiple emails and delays, they’re still asking for "clearer images" instead of resolving the issue. Disappointed with both the restaurant and Zomato’s customer support.
