The Belgian Chocolate Melt n Nutella thick shake from their MENU was a letdown. It was all watery, warm, and lacked any real flavor, coming across as bland. We asked for chill ,they denied.To make matters worse, service was slow, and the long wait only amplified the dissatisfaction. This shake was a waste of money, and there's a strong need for rapid improvement in both quality and efficiency. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹400–600
