Guests don't like paella and wine at this restaurant. The convenient location of The Bbq makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. Unfortunately, the staff is rude as a number of visitors note. Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Service, Undercooked Food, and Exorbitant Prices Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of dining at The BBQ, and I must say it was an utterly disappointing experience. The service was slow and inattentive, the food was undercooked and of very low quality, and the prices were exorbitant. From the moment we walked in, the service was lackluster. Our server seemed overwhelmed and took ages to take our orders. We had to ask multiple times for basic requests like Chapati and utensils. But the real letdown was the food. We ordered [Chicken Changezi], which arrived at our table undercooked and lukewarm. The presentation was unappetizing, and the flavors were dull and uninspired. For the prices they charge, I expect a much higher level of quality and attention to detail. To add insult to injury, the bill was staggering. The prices a [The BBQ] are outrageously high, especially considering the subpar food and service. Overall, my experience at [The BBQ] was a disaster. Unless they seriously revamp their service and culinary offerings, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arriving, the entire staff and manager followed and served us but after 20-25 minutes, when other guests with bookings arrived, the service completely changed. They were promptly attended to, and no one bothered to check on us or offer any assistance. The lack of attention was frustrating, and the quality of service was incredibly poor and also they denied for dance and activities which was discussed during booking. It was clear that the staff prioritized others over us, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Very disappointed with both the service and overall quality. I will not be returning. Sir your booking timing was from 6.30 -8.30 which was discussed and finalised . You people arrived at 7 and stayed till 11.20 and still have to say that u were not served . No additional charges were charged from you and everything was served bang on . Other party had there booking from 8.30 and they even finished by 11 but you people could not . And then you have to say this all and defame us . I can even sharethe videoas and photos of the entire 4.30 hour visit where u r enjoying the space and playing games and enjoying food

Fruits were preserved & chicken too. Nothing fresh. It was my first and last experience. It’s better to have food at road side food joints. They have tried their best to compare their concept with barbecue or pirates. But failed. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
