Really good cake, I ordered a chocolate raspberry cake and in buttercream and taste was so good. The sweetness of chocolate and salty flavour of butter was really well balanced. Food: 5 Service: 5

The cake was very hard to digest and the cream spread was not buttery it was more like sticky peanut butter so we were dissatisfied with the cake don't know why people are giving 5 star, this was my second time so I am writing this review the owner should look after the quality control their quality is not like those of (repose whose cakes are soft and creamy) plus it's costly than repose so we expect better quality according to price quality is cheap their cake is more like roadside stall muffins which has the potential to choke you. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The Bakeshop is definitely one of the best bakeries in Guwahati. I went there thrice and tried almost all their items. I would highly recommend their chocolate tart, chiffon pie, and their basque cheesecake which is probably one the best in the city. This place faces the main road and is easy to locate on the map. The area of this bakery is quite small in comparison to others in the city. At present they just have the seating arrangement for two people only. So, for a large gathering it may not be the perfect place but if you are looking for your go-to bakery to satiate your sugar cravings, this is the ideal place for it. Apart from the space, and the fact that they don't have a lot many items on their list of display, this bakery is definitely a 10 on 10 when it comes to taste.
