I'm a regular customer of Thaza , we are always happy with your food but not this time. Chicken fry was not tasty and felt like oil used was used multiple times. Mandhi was good as usual but mayonnaise was very little. I hope this review will be taken under consideration and also next time all these will be rectified.Thank you.

I ordered lunch food for me and my family including my child and old age parents.The manager took my order at 10 am over phone and assured me delivery by1 pm he also told me delivery boy will contact you when he out for delivery.At 1.29 I again contacted him he repeated the same words that delivery boy will contact you.After half an hour again I contacted them he told me it will for delivery with in a few minutes.At 2.30 no one contacted me.I wondered how a manager of a business enterprise become this much irresponsible.At 3 pm I called them to cancel the order.That shameless people were still not prepared food which I ordered 5 hrs before.If they would have contacted me in time I will make any alternate solution to arrange my food.I visited this shop many times .I won't suggest this restaurant to any one who want a good food service.thanks
