The biriyani tastes really good — no complaints there. However, the reception and parcel service are very poor. The staff seemed disorganized and the overall experience was frustrating. Management seriously needs to address these issues and improve the service quality to match the standard of the food. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
