I recently ordered the biriyani here, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The dish was heavily oversalted to the point of being nearly inedible, which completely overpowered the spices and natural flavors. Visited Thakkolam restaurant recently and had a great experience with the food. Every dish we ordered was delicious, flavorful, and really well prepared. The taste was absolutely awesome and made the visit worthwhile. The only downside was that the food service took quite a bit of time, and we had to wait longer than expected for our order. If they improve their service speed, the overall experience would be perfect. Still, the quality and taste of the food were excellent and worth trying!” Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pathetic. Made me wait for almost an hour just for a chappatti and chicken curry. After one hour wait, a complete fight broke out at the restaurant with other people. The customer was fighting with the staff for some reason. The food is just okay, 4/10. Don’t go there, unless you want to wait for hours just for below par food.
