I was recently diagnosed, gluten-free and lactose intolerantIt had been months. I had eaten anything outside and thought. This was the best place and the safest for my health. Little, I know I was in for a nightmare I ordered their pizza. It cost ₹500 plus tax plus delivery. This is exactly what we can. Pizza looks like. It was absolutely disgusting The crust was like a hard shell The toppings are entirely burnt as you can see from the picture I had called and confirmed with them four times about the pizza being gluten-free and making sure that they don’t over bake itIt was dry. It was burnt. It was one of the most disgusting things I had eaten, and I regret ordering it. I should have shut my mouth and made myself Dal rice instead of waiting two hours for the pizza I eventually had to cook myself, dinner Please note there was NO cheese at allIt was basically base tomato sauce and Barn toppings Not one drop of vegan cheese or anything for ₹500 Inow understand why people who wish to be vegan and look for alternative alternatives struggle so much with that?

I have visited this place a few times since I first discovered it in 2020. It is one of the go-to places in Hyderabad, if you are a vegan. The reason I am writing this review is, the quality of the food which I ordered online wasn't upto the mark. I generally order very frequently from here and that is rarely the case. After speaking with the Zomato support team, Terrassen Cafe reached out to me personally to find out what the problem was and to fix it. They sent a full free replacement of the order, which is top-notch. And they didn't have to do that. Items I really like and recommend: 1. Banana Walnut Cake (you can't go wrong with this) 2. Vegan Pepperoni Bagel 3.
