NEVER WILL VISIT OR SUGGEST ANYONE TO VISIT. Not worth the price and the service for which they charge 10%. And if they want to argue that I can decrease it etc. Sorry not everyone can play cheap trick like their waiter opening the water bottle without consent and charging Rs. 250 and 5% GSt and 10% SC on it, effectively costing Rs. 287.50 for the water bottle. Pricey is one thing and playing cheap trick is another. Update: thanks for the gesture but I dont want a refund. Your restaurant's highlight is more of an experience than the food and I had a very bad one. You lost a future customer in me, but you can take this as feedback and may want to rectify it, if you can appreciate that it is a problem at all.

Worst experience ever. I have been going to Terra maya for the last 3-4 years, and it has never been so bad. Food - 2/5 Paneer was okaywish, not any flavor, less salt as well Vietnamese grill chicken was burnt - Light burnt is okay but kafir lime is never to be burnt. Price - 1/5 Earlier was okay spending this amount for the quality it served, but recent quality has been abysmal. Service - 2/5 Took 10% service charges, on asking to remove it, the waiter did remove but said "they had to request the management" - It never has to, service charges is for good service only, and is at discretion of the user. Decor and Environment - (-100/5) The place felt like a broken warehouse, the outdoor rooftop was all gone, no chairs there, In the bar, seated infront of the speaker, and loud noise all along. Lighting is also poor. The floor had loose mats all over. My partner fell on the doorway because of a loose mat, and waiter came and went away. No checking no whatsoever. Not even first aid. Also when asking for the seating on the other side, they said it's member only. Parking (3/5) The parking staff demands money for self parking. For valet, I can understand and give. But why for self parking. The other day while visiting uptown, the parking staff demanded and took money to park it there. Edit: Added difference between March 2025 and oct 2025

The server you interacted with is new and may not have communicated that properly, but rest assured, we never insist on it.The rooftop section is currently under renovation, which is why it’s closed for guest seating. The team must have informed you about that during your visit. As for the lounge area, it’s attached to the bar, so the music volume can be higher — but we’re always happy to lower it on request.The other side of the outlet you mentioned is our new members-only section under the Terra Mayaa brand. It operates with a different menu and setup, catering to our registered members.Lastly, our Terra Mayaa valet staff never charge guests for self-parking. It’s likely that the payment request came from external building security personnel, not our team — but we’ll investigate this immediately. During my bar advocacy trip, I had the absolute pleasure of doing a **staff training and a rocking bar takeover at Terra Mayaa** — one of the oldest and most iconic bars of Guwahati The team here? **Simply outstanding** – polite, well-behaved, energetic, and passionate!
