I’m extremely disappointed with the pizza I received last night. It was delivered in a completely messed-up condition — all the cheese and toppings were stuck to the box, and the pizza looked absolutely ruined. This is unacceptable! I paid for proper food, not something carelessly handled like this. Your delivery service needs serious improvement. I expect a replacement or refund for this poor experience. I will never order from your restaurant again.
