ice cream was completely melted, there was no dry ice. did not add the waffer in dark devil

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! restaurant was too lazy to to make better sundaes.. looked nothing like the pictures.. I ordered Tutty Fruity sundae, instead they sent me pre packaged ice cream tub.. The rest of the ice cream melted on the way. they didn't even put enough dry ice for the ice-cream to not melt.. very very DISAPPOINTED.
