"Absolutely pathetic experience at Tea Street Cafe. They are openly looting customers by charging mandatory 'Service Charges' which is 100% illegal as per CCPA guidelines and recent High Court rulings. A Sprite tin with an MRP of ₹40 was billed at ₹53. When I questioned the manager, he insisted on the service charge. Not only is this a violation of consumer rights, but it’s also a display of sheer greed. Charging over 30% extra on a packaged product is daylight robbery. I’ve had enough of cafes in Rajkot thinking they are above the law. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be scammed. I am reporting this to the National Consumer Helpline and the CCPA. A lovely place in the heart of the rajkot city.. the menu is soo good.. sometthing for everyone. The elaichi chai is the best and they do amazing parathas. Fresh ingridients, lots of seating and lovely vibe. We tried the different things in breakfas and it was a good experience.
