Visited Tea Post – Shantigram branch on 6th Feb 2026 at around 8:30 PM. We ordered a lemon ginger and masala lemonade chiller, but the drinks were not adequately chilled. When we requested extra ice, the server picked up ice with his bare hands and tried to hand it over to us directly, which is extremely unhygienic. When we pointed this out, the server made an unpleasant facial expression and walked away to start making coffee. Another server then came and repeated the same unhygienic behavior. The attitude of the staff was careless and unprofessional. Additionally, the staff were seen eating food themselves inside the kitchen/service area, which further raised concerns about hygiene standards. Overall, the experience was irresponsible, unhygienic, and below standard. Very disappointed and would not recommend this branch unless basic hygiene and staff training are improved.
