Idk how they got 4.5 rating. Extremely poor service. I thought of coming by n have something. I swear it took 1 hour and there were 2 people working?? I literally got late for my class and I would never recommend tea post to anyone. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very pathetic and poor delivery service. I had ordered food through online Swiggy App. At the time of making order, online delivery time was showing 40 min. Hotel location is not too far from my residence. Even after 40 min lapsed still 6 min delivery time showing also food preparation was under process. I had cancelled my online order and I had been charged full amount of food. I raised complaint with Swiggy. I have been informed its as per cancellation policy.

They only have thepla all the time, and maybe 1 odd item from a food list of 10-15 items on the menu. Pudina not available for 2days so some tea varieties cannot be done. They should remove the extensive menu and stop decieving people Service: 5
