Terrible experience! The spring rolls were undercooked and the cold coffee was a sugary disaster. Service was painfully slow and the staff seemed completely uninterested. Definitely won't be back.

I really like the quality of food. We maintain any five of. Special chef Ajit is really good. I really love it. Just try once, don’t judge book by cover, go inside and ask. It’s amazing. I had ordered a Minnie Mouse-themed fondant cake, but to my disappointment, they simply pasted a photo of Minnie Mouse on the cake instead. The majority of the cake was covered in cream, and there was no proper decoration or beautification as promised. While taking the order, they assured me repeatedly, saying, “Don’t worry, ma’am, everything will be done perfectly.” However, not only was the cake not ready on time at the time of pickup, but the final design was also a complete disaster. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will never purchase a cake from The Cake Factory, Bombay bazaar again.
