I really like the quality of food. We maintain any five of. Special chef Ajit is really good. I really love it. Just try once, don’t judge book by cover, go inside and ask. It’s amazing. You serve that quality in Meerut and never expected. You’re doing really good job. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had ordered a Minnie Mouse-themed fondant cake, but to my disappointment, they simply pasted a photo of Minnie Mouse on the cake instead. The majority of the cake was covered in cream, and there was no proper decoration or beautification as promised. While taking the order, they assured me repeatedly, saying, “Don’t worry, ma’am, everything will be done perfectly.” However, not only was the cake not ready on time at the time of pickup, but the final design was also a complete disaster. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will never purchase a cake from The Cake Factory, Bombay bazaar again. we ordered a Mini Mouse theme birthday cake but we were utterly disappointed with the service and cake was not upto what we were promised, look wise was a complete mess and taste was also not good.The behaviour of store manager/owner was extremely bad , they did not accept their mistake that they ruined the cake design , they were very rude unprofessional in behaviour…this in totally ruined our evening, it is a total waste of time n money if one buys cake frm cake factory.
