Tasty Vadapav, Alkapuri Very disappointing experience! The staff at this outlet were extremely arrogant and rude. I had simply requested to add a little more cheese to my order, as the quantity was very less, but instead of helping, one of the staff members started shouting at me. When I asked to cancel the order (which wasn’t even prepared yet), they refused and rudely said they wouldn’t refund the ₹500 I had paid. Their attitude was completely unprofessional — saying things like “we don’t care” when I decided to leave. Such behavior is unacceptable. Totally ruined the experience — I’ll never visit this place again.
