Worst experience ever. Terrible food service with irresponsible behaviour from the team! On the first day itself I had received a metal stapler pin embedded in the food, this could have seriously injured someone. Food was too oily, constantly delivered late and some days no food at all without even an explanation from the team. They are not reachable on phone once you have paid money. I was asked to pay an advance for two months and chose to discontinue after a month because it was unreliable. They are yet to refund the balance money and don't respond to calls or messages. In short- irresponsible unreliable cheats. Not recommended at all!!

my experience has also been similar to that of Abraham Panalal.I had ordered for two packs,but had to discontinue the contract as they stopped supply for a week due to some labour problems.There Was an amount of over Rs.5000/due to me as balance which they promised to refund by end April.However the same is yet to be refunded.

I had placed an order from tasty Tiffins at 9:25 Am ..this order is not delivered yet...i have contacted the delivery guy at 10:15 to enquire about this order,he told me that he has been waiting at the restaurant for past 40 min. Delivery guy handed over the call to restaurant officials,they told that the ordered item was not available.they told me that they will replace the order with other items..i agreed ..but till now that is also not delivered...I’m a regular customer of Zomato..I’m totally worried about this experience
