One of its kind, Tara Moroccan Kitchen is the only restaurant in Hyderabad serving an elaborate fare of Moroccan cuisine with star dishes like Tagine, Bastilla, etc done beautifully well. The ambience felt a little too dim in terms of light but the added frills with the carpets and wall hangings made it pretty. Dishes that I tried and found to be good included 1.) Bakkoula Tagine - A slow cooked mutton dish powered with the addition of spinach and green chili, reminiscent of Indian saag taste. This comes served with flavoured rice and khubus bread making it a full meal sufficient for 2. 2.) Rabtya - Milk custard topped with sweet date syrup and fresh fruits.
