Extremely disappointed with my recent order from Taquitos - Mexican Taqueria (By Enoki). The quantity was shockingly low for the high prices they charge. On top of that, I received the wrong items. I tried reaching out through Zomato support and was connected to the restaurant, where they promised a refund for the incorrect item — but nothing has happened since. No follow-up, no response to calls, just complete silence. The food itself was pathetic in taste — far from what the fancy photos and descriptions online promise. It honestly feels like a scam. Zero accountability from both the restaurant and Zomato. I really hope this message reaches the management of the Fancy Enoki group, because this is what real customer satisfaction looks like. Disgraceful experience. Not ordering again. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
