They always try to give you stale and bad food. If you complain, they will say sorry and promise to give you fresh food in future. But after a few days they will again give you stale food. If you want to buy anything, go to the shop and get it prepared in front of you, otherwise as soon as you look away, they will mix stale food and pack it.
