I am utterly disappointed and feel cheated by Takshay Family Restaurant. I recently ordered Chicken Wings for ₹349 and Dum Biryani for ₹329 through Zomato, expecting a decent meal both in terms of quality and quantity. However, what I received was shockingly unacceptable. Not only was the quantity of the food laughably inadequate, but the chicken wings, which I specifically requested to be prepared as a less spicy curry, were instead buried within the biryani rice, making it clear that this was a tactic to skimp on the rice. The wings were inedibly spicy, completely disregarding my cooking request.What made the experience even worse was the response from the restaurant owner when I raised these concerns. He dismissively told me to "do whatever you want," as he didn't receive the money directly from me but from Zomato. This lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. I expected much more from a well-rated restaurant and am left feeling swindled and disrespected. I strongly advise against ordering from here unless you want to overpay for substandard food and experience rudeness from the management. A very serious letdown on all fronts!

dear zomato this is to bring to you notice,that mental stability of customer is not stable,the language used by him is very disappointed,we have given n no of wings biryani order did nt got single complaint till now, but this customer is quoted for separate wings curry and seperate biryani rice as we are not followed ths type of service I denied and replied him same but he used a third grade road side language and asked for refund, as I have got every single penny from zomato not from the customer, same I have told him please raise his concern and refund from zomato,this is what all was happened,i think he is spam customer kindly do proper investigation.
