Food:. I tried their Samosa Chat and Pav Bhaji, and both were truly exceptional. The flavours were bold, deliberate, and perfectly balanced — each element tasted freshly made rather than mass-produced. The pav bhaji had that rich, buttery Mumbai-style punch, and the samosa chat combined crispness and tang in every bite. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and pay attention to detail in every layer of flavour. Can't wait to try other dishes Service:. Prompt and diligent — the staff handled the rush efficiently without compromising on courtesy. Ambience:. For the premium quality of food, the space gives off quite a contrast — it feels like stepping into a Mumbai local train! A small, crowded setup where people squeeze in for a quick bite. It’s chaotic but somehow fits the North Indian street-food charm — you come here for the food, not the space. Sustainability:. They serve food in biodegradable plates and use wooden cutlery. No plastic products are used for dining, which is a big plus for eco-conscious customers. This is a busy spot, especially during sunday. The overwhelming crowd makes ordering a bit of a challenge, with a wait time of around 5 minutes just to place an order. The space is quite congested, with no proper seating, only a few high-top tables for standing and eating. The place claims to serve authentic Bombay style chaats, so I decided to try their pav bhaji and samosas. The wait time for which is understandable given the rush.Visually, the pav bhaji looked authentic, but the taste was just average for me. I’ve had better pav bhaji at a lower price, so I felt it was slightly overpriced. However, the samosas were a different story, they were absolutely superb! The spice level, texture, and overall flavor were perfect. What made them even better was the combination of sweet and green chutneys, which enhanced the taste.Overall, while the pav bhaji didn’t impress me much, the samosas were definitely worth the price. Next time, I’ll be trying their samosa chaat, as it seems promising. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Tahiliani Chaat House Pav Bhaji
