Had a really bad experience at this Taco Bell outlet. I clearly asked for a refillable cold drink, but instead, I was given a regular non-refillable one. When I questioned it, the manager, Renuka, told me that refillable drinks aren’t available because they’re short on staff. Honestly, that’s not the customer’s fault. If you’re not offering refillable drinks, it should be clearly mentioned upfront—not after the order is placed. What made it worse was the rude attitude from the manager. No apology, no proper explanation—just complete indifference towards customer satisfaction. Really disappointed. Taco Bell needs to fix both its service and its staff attitude. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
