Tibco is a fantastic café with a great atmosphere and excellent service. Nishant made my coffee, and it was perfect—rich, smooth, and just the right temperature. The staff is friendly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

First time I tried their flat white, it was a bit bitter. I'm guessing the barista forgot to stir it properly. Went back today, and the guy behind the counter, the one with the cap, wasn't exactly Mr. Sunshine. I asked him where their beans come from, thinking it'd be a good way to start a conversation, but he just snapped at me saying it's 'company policy not to share'. Seriously? I'm a customer, I believe I have the right to know if it suits my taste! Their other branch, Tibco Plus is way more chill and the baristas are super friendly. This one needs some serious customer service training. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
