We booked a table for 5 through the District app and received confirmation. However, when we arrived, the manager kept interrupting us whenever we tried to choose a place to sit, saying most of the seats were already reserved. We were finally allowed to sit in the open area, but when we requested a heater, she declined that as well. The ambience and food were decent, but the service was extremely slow. There was so much delay that we eventually had to ask them to pack our last order for takeaway instead of dining in. Overall, not a pleasant experience despite average food and ambience.
