The food quality was below expectations. Some of the vegetable dishes had a noticeable foul smell, and it appeared that palm oil or low-quality ingredients were used. Even the gajar halwa seemed to be prepared with inferior ghee. Given that the location is outside the main Jaipur city zone, the expectation was that the food quality would compensate for the distance — but unfortunately, it did not.
