Had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The person at the counter was rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. I visited after seeing an advertisement for a combo offer — two scoops of ice cream for ₹69. After paying ₹72 (₹69 + GST), I was surprised to be told that I could only choose one flavour for the two scoops. This restriction was not mentioned anywhere on the promotional banner. When I asked about it, instead of providing a polite explanation, the staff blamed me, saying, "You should have asked this before." After some back and forth, he returned the amount I had paid, but the interaction was unpleasant and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he refused to lower the excessively loud music during the entire conversation, making communication even more difficult.
