The Pulp is a start up funded by the Bihar Government and is destined to go a long way, owing to its unique and fresh take on healthy dishes and ambrosia like juices. All their dishes are prepared in-house with the choicest of ingredients and no corner is cut while preparing them. If this shop were open around 2018, I would've been marking my daily attendance here too apart from college. What customers usually associate with healthy, fresh and in-house products is a premium price but with the affordability this shop offers, it doesn't go seeking just for deep pockets. The service is impeccable and Gaurav ensures that you will be caterered to with warmth and graciousness. We tried their hot chocolate, Paneer wrap and Pizza in the shop and on another occasion got a yoghurt bowl, masala corn and smoothie delivered and all the dishes were bang for the buck. If it's juices or healthy vegetarian options you want, do give it a try. Your body will thank you for taking a break from the samosa-litti-poori diet!
