I recently visited The Chai restaurant and had a very unpleasant experience. We ordered one coffee and one milk, but the service was extremely poor. Despite calling the staff three times, they completely ignored our order. We waited for over 15 minutes with no response or acknowledgment. This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Definitely not recommended if you're expecting decent customer service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
