We ordered there steak and chicken burger , and there offer was buy 1 get 1 drinks in which we ordered mocktails ! First of all the steak was rubbery and chewy like a cheap quality meat the steak has no flavours it came with mash potato which was good the chimichuri sauce was good but steak was horrible which was the main attraction. Chicken burger was good but quatity is very poor and less also they serve frozen fries with there burger like seriously after paying 650+ for a burger and not fulfilling very less portion of everything. Oooooooo the mocktails which we order in offer of buy 1 get 1 it was a ice water disater only tasting like ice water no main syrup given to the drink for cost cutting too much ice in the glass give some classes to the bartender who can really make a good drink not shouting to customers that SIR ONE LIIT SIR ONE LIIT. So the bill arrives which was 1850 and we told them we gonna pay by dineout they said no just because we ordered mocktails which was in buy 1 get 1 offer so we cant use dineout to pay and also the server was lying about that he already informed us that dineout is not allowed if you ordered from buy 1 get 1 although there has been no conversation like he has mention not even a word of dineout came out of his mouth ‘dineout’ i even told him make 2 bills drink and food seperate i will pay food bill by dineout and the offer bill seperate which was 350 they denied it anyways so i payed the bill and i said to my myself that am never gonna come to this place i was going CHILLIES but we wanted to try it. CHILLIES is far more better than this TGI or whatever chillies has a quality they are serving. And you guys are charging more than 650 for a burger and serving cheap quality frozen fires cheap local burger buns and yes i more things i asked for a side of ranch and my god they even havent serve real ranch they mixed the ranch with some mayo or anythings of increase the quantity and the ranch tasted very cheap. Please learn something from chillies ️ not only just copy them there homemade fries burger ranch mocktails everythings has quality i love you chillies ️ and sorry for ditching you that day. Am very frustrated because the bill was too much the quantity was bad taste was bad quality not good. Besides food and drinks there staffs are good in everything besides food. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000

I stopped by TGI Fridays recently. The food was decent and the portions were good, but the service felt a bit slow. The atmosphere was nice for a casual hangout, but overall it was just an average experience. Not bad, but not outstanding either. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹800–1,000
