Very disappointing experience at this bakery. I gave them a clear reference photo of the cake I wanted (see the first image) and they assured me they could replicate it exactly. Unfortunately, the cake they delivered (see the second image) looked nothing like the reference and was done in a very unprofessional manner. When I pointed out the issue, the staff were extremely rude and just said, “If you want it, take it; if not, we’ll refund you,” without any real apology. They handled the situation very rudely and unprofessionally. I’m sharing both images here so everyone can see the difference between what I ordered and what I actually got. I would not recommend this bakery for custom cakes at all. Service: 1

I have visited two times here ....... And now I'll never ever visit this place again just becoz of the taste of food. Totally waste of money . Even a street vendor has much better taste than this cafe. Food: 1 Service: 2

Me ordered vada sambhar to be served as separately but truly shocked with seeing hardness of vada literally not lesser than a rock pl look into such like issues else most of cuisine we tried previously are ever awesome Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400
