I recently dined at Syrah at Hyatt Regency Delhi, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The food was terrible — served cold, completely lacking flavor, and nowhere near the standards you would expect from a restaurant of this reputation. Every dish felt careless and uninspired. For the prices they charge, the quality was shockingly poor. Service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed unbothered and disengaged throughout the meal. We had to repeatedly ask for the smallest things — basic requests that should have been handled proactively. Orders were delayed, and there was no sense of urgency or hospitality. Considering the extremely high pricing, the overall experience felt unjustified and not worth the money at all. I expected premium quality and service — what I received was the opposite. Probably the worst Mediterranean food money can buy. Even the Pita bread is not fresh. I am surprised that Hyatt has such poor standards after having TKS next door. The whole restaurant is an afterthought, definitely avoidable and only enjoyed by the pretentious
