I visited this bakery recently, and it was a completely disappointing experience. The place is extremely small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to even stand while waiting. There’s barely any seating space, and the layout feels very cluttered. On top of that, the staff has a really bad attitude. They weren’t friendly or welcoming at all. I felt like I was bothering them just by placing an order. The service was painfully slow, and when I asked a simple question about one of the items, I was met with eye rolls and rude responses. It’s really not the kind of place where you feel valued as a customer. The overall vibe was unprofessional and unpleasant. With so many better bakeries around that actually care about their customers and have decent space, I see no reason to return here. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone looking for good service or atmosphere. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I sent a cake via Zomato for my dad’s birthday as i had a pleasant experience with this bakery about a decade ago when i was still in Ludhiana. But the cake that got delivered embarrased me so much- i ordered a fresh fruit cake but neither the cake nor the fruits are fresh ( please refer to the picture of the cake) it was delivered just 3 minutes ago. Also, i requested them to add a message saying happy birthday to world’s best papa and it looks awful- no baker could’ve written it the way this was written. Never ordering anything from here ever again. Very disappointed. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other
