One of the best cakes I have had was Vatsala's. The best thing about her cakes are that they are dense moist with very less sweetness and less cream so you can actually taste what the cake feels like. Unlike most other cakes where icing and frosting are 40% of the cake matter Vatsala's cakes are exactly opposite. We had ordered for strawberry and chocolate cake and it was yummy to the next level. An excellent baker.She does the most amazing brownies and Diwali hampers. Our family has been rejoicing with her bakes for almost a 10 years.
