Horrible experience at Swati Dining Hall, Kalewadi, Pune – Not recommended even for free! We had booked this hall with a token for my uncle’s 61st birthday celebration. Shockingly, the owner took a token from another party for the same date and forced both groups to adjust in one space. This is not just unprofessional – it’s fraud. The food served was not what we had ordered. It was of the worst taste and quality — cold, stale, and unhygienic. Completely inedible. To make it worse, they overcharged us for items we never even ordered. The hall itself is suffocating with no ventilation, making it highly uncomfortable for guests, especially elders and children. The owner was extremely rude and arrogant. He used foul language and even misbehaved with the women in our family — shouting and arguing without reason. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and shameful. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. The owner has no manners, no ethics, and clearly no respect for customers. The food quality and hygiene standards are so poor that this place should be immediately reported to health authorities. The owner's license must be cancelled, and legal action should be taken against him. He deserves to be jailed for putting public health and safety at risk. PLEASE avoid this dining hall. Don’t ruin your special occasion by trusting such an untrustworthy and unsafe place. Food: 1 Service: 1
