I wouldn't suggest this restaurant to anyone, they do not understand the value of time. I went to this restaurant with my family for wife's birthday. There was only one couple sitting at the restaurant when I reached. Then I made my order, I waited for 40 mins and none of y orders arrived, after yelling at the server i got 2 items from my orders, we were 5, we shared the food and it wasn't sufficient. I am generally not a complaining person but this restaurant irritating me like anything. We all lost our hunger. Food is not bad it is average but all the foods like noodles and fried rice or very oily. To add more fuel to my rage, the soup was delivered while we were having donuts for dessert. I spent 2hrs in this restaurant for dinner. Definitely will not go again and will not recommend to anyone. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Swasthiyam Cafe – A Masterclass in Culinary Illusion Rating: If you are looking for the point where modern culinary innovation meets peak flavor, Swasthiyam Cafe is the destination. It is rare to find a spot that doesn't just cater to vegetarians but actively challenges the palates of dedicated meat-eaters, yet Swasthiyam manages to do exactly that with sophisticated ease. The Highlight: The Art of the Infusion The true standout feature of this cafe is its uncanny ability to infuse non-vegetarian depth and "umami" into strictly vegetarian dishes. We aren't just talking about basic meat substitutes; we are talking about the complex layering of textures, smoky undertones, and rich seasonings usually reserved for gourmet meat preparations. The Ultimate Litmus Test I recently put this cafe to the ultimate test by bringing along a group of staunch non-vegetarian friends. Usually skeptical of "veg-only" spots, they were collectively blown away. The transition from skepticism to pure enjoyment was the highlight of the evening. They didn't just "tolerate" the meal—they loved it, noting that the richness and "bite" of the dishes rivaled some of their favorite non-veg haunts. Why You Must Visit Modern Atmosphere: The vibe is contemporary and polished, making it perfect for both casual hangouts and thoughtful food exploration. Flavor Complexity: Every dish feels like a researched project in taste, balancing traditional roots with modern techniques. The "Surprise" Factor: There is a genuine thrill in tasting a dish that mimics the savory satisfaction of meat so perfectly that you have to double-check the menu. Final Verdict Swasthiyam Cafe is a "must-try" for anyone who appreciates the evolution of food. Whether you are a lifelong vegetarian or a meat lover looking to be surprised, this place proves that with enough culinary skill, the boundaries between veg and non-veg flavors can beautifully blur.
