Their service is extremely poor. The food is good, but if you order at home, they deliver an hour late without any prior information. What’s the point of good food if you make the customer suffer in hunger before delivering it? I had the worst experience. If they promised delivery in half an hour, it shouldn’t take 1.5 hours. I’m a regular customer — if they’re treating me like this, I wonder how they treat new customers.
