Must-Read Review The Subway outlet at DB City Mall does not have the standard 30-second quick-heat oven and instead uses a regular microwave oven to heat the bread for 30 seconds. When I asked about the quick-heat oven, the staff told me it had gone for servicing. Shockingly, it's been over three months, and they are still using the regular oven, significantly compromising the quality and taste of the food. I even confronted the cook, asking how they could justify baking the bread in a regular microwave for just 30 seconds. He insisted that the bread is properly baked and that the taste remains the same. This is extremely concerning — customers are paying full price for food that is clearly below standard. Subway should not compromise its quality or mislead customers in this way. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

We have ordered late night, we thought that we will get quality food since it is a good brand. We were expecting that they will serve same as they serve on store. The product which we got was not having enough ingredients or we can say the ingredients were missing. When the feedback was shared with the manager he was very rude and was not at all accepting the true feedback. I will really recommend not to order anything from this outlet. The Indrapuri outlet is much better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
