Very bad experience..Writing this review with my recent and worst experience. Ordered pepper chicken gravy and chicken manchurian from this hotel as take away . It is not at all good and we would have returned it if it's in the day time. Pepper chicken did not taste like pepper chicken gravy
Felt they have given the left outs from the aftn and the same applies for Manchurian. Dint expect these from this hotel .

Very bad experience. THIS IS NOT HOW THE SURYAA HOTELS USED TO BE. Never visit. You have plenty of good hotels around pollachi. Went with family to have dinner. Even before they came to ask the order this happened. When we were sitting after washing hands, we needed some tissues as there were none in the table. Whomsoever we asked were not responding at all,i called a guy and he walked as if he never heard me. He said the waiter will come. Is he not from hotel authority??!!!!another guy , most likely a north Indian (not being discriminant, but the way he behaved) he gave tough looks and went. Later the waiter came and asked the order, where there were no proper availability of food. Thought the service will be good. A very bad one.never will visit again.
