Very poor hygiene in the restaurant, we had a cockroach in our food. Very disappointed

We're shocked and saddened to hear about this! Hygiene is our top priority, and this is unacceptable. We carry out regular pest control activities though, we shall take action to ensure our restaurant meets the highest standards. Apologies for the trauma and disappointment! We'll make it right .
