Extremely bad cakes, the cake was spoil and the cream was expired. when we complained the manager did not listen and was extremely rude. extremely disappointing and no one should order from here.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Charging premium prices for such pathetic quality should honestly be illegal. We ordered a Tiramisu cake and the cream was clearly expired ,the cake was stale, spoiled, and completely unsafe to consume. This is not just bad service, this is a serious health hazard. When we raised the issue, the manager behaved extremely rudely, showed zero professionalism, and didn’t even bother to listen or take responsibility. Instead of resolving the problem, they brushed us off like our safety didn’t matter at all. Selling spoiled food and treating customers with such arrogance is unacceptable. This establishment should be thoroughly inspected, their kitchen hygiene and ingredients must be checked immediately, and their license seriously questioned. No one should risk their health by ordering from such a careless and irresponsible place. Highly disappointed and strongly warning others to stay away. For all those out there with a sweet tooth and like to not only taste heavenly desserts but also experience a sumptuous feast for your eyes - this is the place! The desserts which we ordered definitely reflect the passion and thought which has gone into the brand Sugarama Patisserie. Neatly packaged, deliciously baked and infused with rich ingredients. Texture of Chocolate is worth trying and had different type of chocolate infusions making it rich and decadent. I really enjoyed the cheese cake which was baked in Japanese style and wasn’t too heavy but had a nice flavour to it. Will definitely order again and would recommend this place.
