Watched jurassic world 3d movie on 5july here, Very bad experience All 3d glasses were dirty and hazey. No propers cleanliness no lifts, Do not recommend this cinema.

I was denied entry to the cinema. They said that they are not able to start the show because of minimum people. They should Inform us beforehand. We came from a long distance. Lifts are not working. No food amenities. Nothing!!! Just pure disappointment!

Sir you have booked your tickets online, and the terms and conditions are always visible during booking. Your tickets must have been confirmed only after you agreed to the pre condition set for online booking and for your kind information we don’t get customer contact details when they book online for privacy reasons so there is no question of calling you and informing you. You should be aware about these things before writing anything wrong for anyone. Secondly you couldn’t use the amenities only because the show was not running. Show is only running if 10 peoples are booked as per terms and conditions

My recent visit to Rajai Square, Godhara was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. I went to see Housefull 5 and the entire experience was ruined by their utter incompetence and disregard for customer comfort. First and foremost, the air conditioning was completely broken. It was stiflingly hot in the theater, making it impossible to relax and enjoy the film. What's worse, even after the interval, the AC was still not working. It's truly baffling that they would continue to show a movie in such uncomfortable conditions. To add insult to injury, they didn't even bother to dim the lights properly. For the entire duration of the movie, there was a noticeable ambient light in the theater, completely destroying any sense of immersion. It felt like watching a movie in someone's dimly lit living room, not a professional cinema. This theater clearly has no regard for its patrons' comfort or the quality of their cinematic experience. I paid good money for a ticket, only to be subjected to a hot, poorly lit, and utterly unenjoyable screening. Save your money and your sanity. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Rajai Square, Godhra until they get their act together and provide a basic level of service. I will certainly not be returning.
