Worst outlet ever, now I know why Subway is a failed company because they don’t brief there employee how to treat customers. The staff is worst they were very rude when I complaint that the paneer in sub is smelling the veggies is not fresh and the bun is also in very bad condition they replied with “ Because you ordered the cheap sub that’s why the quality is this trying eating the costly one” means if a person have to eat in subway they should have the premium ones only. A failed company for a reason. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

Subway Vasna Road makes good subs, but the way they handle offers is extremely disappointing. Subway sends SMS messages about free subs, but when you ask at this outlet, they say “the offer will be applied, please buy your food first.” After you make the purchase, they suddenly say “sorry, the offer is not available” or claim the code is already used. This feels completely misleading and unfair to customers. If Subway cannot provide the free subs or offers they advertise, then they should stop sending those messages. Subway is great but this outlet isn't the best. Sometimes the veggies are old, especially the lettuce. The service, not the best. The staff isn't always helpful, and they don't know how to have a conversation with any customer. I've been here many times and have faced the same issue with the service. The atmosphere is gloomy, and the fans/ AC doesn't work properly. The sofas are broken and the seating is uncomfortable. Not the best subway outlet in Vadodara. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
