Horrible food and service. Dont ever order food here. Literally dumped stuff in whole in the sub and salad - didn’t even cut them up. And added things as per their wish.they don’t even look at the order. Amateurs are making this- not even sure if they wash their hands while preparing them. I had ordered two 30cm (footlong) sandwiches from Subway via Zomato, but instead received two 15cm sandwiches. This is not only misleading but also unfair, as I paid for the full-sized items. To make matters worse, the mistake disrupted my entire evening. I spent over 2 hours trying to get support, only to be offered a ₹260 coupon or the option to "give feedback." No proper resolution was provided, and my 4-year-old nephew's dinner was completely messed up because of this. This experience was extremely disappointing—poor order accuracy, lack of accountability, and no real customer service. I expect better from both Subway and Zomato.
